Lately I been closing my eyes, emptying out my head then saying this over and over in my wittle old brain while smiling. I try to breathe in deeply through my nose then exhale slowly through my mouth. I know it sounds like a lot to do all at once, that's why I try to empty out my head first so I can smile, close my eyes, breathe and do inner chanting. After awhile, the pain has no room to squeeze past all that, but many times it puts me under into a deep sleep.
Sleep is very healing.
How ironic that "Lively Up Yourself " puts me to rest.
Life is goof.
