Ah, good old Leonard Cohen. One of my favorites. Love reading your blog, even though I seldom comment. Hang in there. You are an inspiration to us all. --John
I don't have bells, but have a lovely set of Amish chimes. They are called the "Victory Bells" and when the wind blows they produce such a lovely, mellow sound. It is therapeutic. I am unable to listen to music (due to electrical brain damage), but can relax to tune of the winds.
By the way, I have a set of much smaller tuned chimes which make a "tinkly" sound, maybe kind of like a ding-a-ling. They are so sweet and light to listen to.
So enjoy being the ding-a-ling you are. You are refreshing.
Miss mermaid, we haven't heard from you in so long . I worry about you and harley, we don't even know what state your in! With this storm coming you should get out of the way. As a fellow islander(s.t.v.i.) i know you can take care of yourself but would feel better if we could hear from you. Please let us know your safe! (Or have your friend that travels with you do so). Im in fl. now 13 years (lady lake) but get back to st. T. As grandchildren are there. Saint thomas nana
Dear miss mermaid. Please let us know if you will be safe with the storms this week. We haven't heard from you in so long , i hope you and harley are well and safe. As a fellow islander (st. Thomas) now in fl. 14 years with grandchildren still in st. T. I know you can take care in a storm but would feel better if we could hear from you. If you haven't heard there is going to be a lot of rain and wind. Hope you can let us know if your safe. Island nana. Jan hill
