Best Blog Ever! By S. Maxwell (Wyoming) October 2011 I've read a lot of blogs since blogs have arrived on this earth and this one is by far my favorite! I feel like I'm on a mini-vacation every day when I read of the adventures of Miss Mermaid and her adorable little dog Harley. She has such a clever, entertaining way with words that always makes me laugh...a lot of times out loud! She amazes me with her optimistic outlook and how resourceful she is...she can fix just about anything in her motorhome. She's an amazing cook, sometimes even sharing her recipes (maybe a crockpot recipe book is next?) and one of the best bargain shoppers you'll "meet"! She'll teach you about living your dreams, living each day to its fullest and enjoying all that the beautiful outdoors has to offer.
Great Blog! By Linda P. (USA) November 2011 Miss Mermaid brings a chuckle and a smile -- if not a full-on roll-on-the-floor-laughing! -- with every blog she writes. She does have a way with words, as others have noted! Such as calling her RV a "wheel estate" and her spell-checker a "spell heckler." She's a hoot and a half! I love the way her blogs over the past year have also brought in ideas on developing and keeping a positive attitude. Her blogs have always been humorous, but this new element adds an expanded dimension that I enjoy very much. And her tips on cooking, fixing things, living on a shoe-string, and enjoying the great outdoors are wonderful too. All in all, an excellent blog, well worth reading every day!! I wanted to mention also that Miss Mermaid is a full-time writer/blogger. She always offers her blog for free reading, but I like the idea of "keeping a mermaid writing" and so I subscribed a regular monthly amount. It's worth every dollar!
